Notification Tab

The Notification tab is one of your most important settings.

From here, you can set your notifications and get alerts to your email address and mobile phone about Machine Health and IoT issues.

You can read about the notification types in the "Machine & IoT Health Notifications Types" article.

Note that notification examples are available in the “Machine & IoT Health Notifications Types” article (Coming soon).

  • In the “Email Notification” section (1), use the toggle to enable or disable the notification option.

  • In the “Machine Health” section (2), Select if you want to enable the following notifications by checking them.

    • Machine improvement monthly summary (A) - Will send you a monthly email describing your machine activity improvements.

    • Health updates, repairs, comments, and baseline report (B) - Set the update level you want to receive, All, Alarm & danger, or Danger.

  • Rapid anomalies and Threshold alerts (C) - This notification follows a threshold that should be manually configured.
It detects rapidly developing failures, for example, when a fan weight is thrown from a fan blade or vibration changes significantly instantly.
The Rapid Anomalies can help bridge a gap that may accrue when our algo detects a rapidly developing change until our VA team analyzes it.

High confidence anomalies - This advanced capability is for advanced Augury customers working with vibration trends and spectral data.
It’s typically used for critical or troublesome tasks and requires an extra attention machine.

Note hovering over the i icon will display the field description.

  • AI detection Updates MH SE (D) - Enable our relevant AI for Supporting Equipment.

  • Once you check this option, you will be able to select the frequency of notifications, whether you want to get them as a daily summary or once a week on a selected day.

  • IoT device health (3) - Set the notifications you want to receive for Routers & nodes, and if you want an IoT weekly report.
