Improved diagnostics coverage to low RPM machines (150 - 300 RPM)
We developed additional algorithms to assist servicing machines with Low RPM (150 - 300 RPM).
Easier to identify low RPM machines and create a monitoring regime tailored to them
New set of features improve VA ability to diagnose low RPM Machines
New smart features automatically assigned to low RPM machines.
Trained exclusively on Low RPM machines to detect changes where it might otherwise be considered unimportant on regular models of anomaly.
Works alongside existing anomalies.
These machines must be tagged as low RPM in order to automatically assign these features.
Customize bearings names
Machine Bearings are no longer constrained to their NDE/DE name.
You can now assign a custom name to your machine’s bearings.
This will help you better identify which part of a machine insights and actions apply to.
Note that this functionality is enabled in the EP mapping tool.
IoT device information enhancement (coming soon).
We added additional valuable information to the IoT Device’s side panel.
This will help you to better identify desired devices and troubleshooting of connectivity issues:
Network information section with details of network owner, name, and connection type
Improved indication of device type
MAC address for Nodes and Routers
Also added, improved indication for offline Access points alert.
Auto-recovery cross-hierarchy roaming
Endpoint will now be able to connect to any available Node under the same Company, regardless of other sub-hierarchies such as Facility or Building.
This enhances the flexibility of the AutoRecovery feature and increases the serviceability of EndPoints across an entire site.
New APIs for Faults, Repairs, Observations, and Bookmark.
Additional APIs, including all the features on the Overview page, were added.
GET- Features Data, Health Statuses, Faults, Repairs & Observations, and Bookmarks.
