Updated over 4 months ago

Possible issues and their solutions

The following table addresses some of the more common issues.

ISSUE

SOLUTION

All Led lights are off

  • Confirm the Cassia X2000 is plugged in, and the power supply is active.

  • If the Cassia X2000 still does not turn on, contact support.

Wi-Fi Led is off - when trying to connect using Wi-Fi, there’s no Internet connection

  • Verify the existence of the site-specific Wi-Fi network.

  • Verify with the IT department that all relevant ports are open as per the latest Augury connectivity requirements, and that the Wi-Fi MAC address has been whitelisted on the site Wi-Fi.

  • Verify that the Wi-Fi credentials have been entered correctly using the Augury app.

  • Resetting the Cassia X2000 may be required - disconnect and reconnect the power.

  • If using an Augury Router, check that the router is powered and broadcasting the “Augury_Cellular” network.

  • If all the above steps don't work, contact Augury support.

Internet connection (“4G" LED) is off when using a cellular connection

  • Check cellular signal using your mobile device at the Cassia X2000 location.

  • Resetting the Cassia X2000 power cycle may be required - disconnect and reconnect the power. If resetting the Cassia X2000 doesn't help - contact support.

  • If all the above steps don't work, contact Augury support.

  • Verify that the Cellular dongle is in place and that the indicator is blinking green and blue.

  • If the dongle indicator is not on, disconnect then reconnect the dongle (see the next section on verifying the cellular connection).

  • If all the above steps don't work, contact Augury support.

Low internet connectivity (below -70dBm)

  • Check the Wi-Fi signal strength on-site near the Cassia X2000.

  • Check if anything is blocking the line of sight between the Cassia X2000 and Wi-Fi router.

  • Change the Cassia X2000 enclosure location for a stronger signal.

EP connectivity issues

  • Check if anything is blocking the line of sight between the Cassia X2000 to the EPs.

Cassia X2000 does not appear in the app

  • Check that Wi-Fi LED is blinking Green and that the Cassia X2000 is now available for connection in the Installation app.

  • If the above step doesn't work, contact Augury support.
