The purpose of this document is to make it easier for facility users to share key wins, whether that is measured by cost reduction or by avoided downtime. These quantifiable metrics can be used as tangible success stories for Augury, as well as shared with corporate users to demonstrate a facility user’s success.

New CTA prompts users to take action when they receive alerts.

Purpose: Increase engagement with the platform.

Once actions are logged, it will be shown in the events sidebar.

Users can see when installation is done (all EPs have been mapped to the machine and all Nodes are linked to the machine) and the serviceability is verified (each EP has successfully sent a data packet to the cloud). This can be seen both on a machine level and on a job level in the application.

We have now added the ability to add pictures for the node. This feature allows for the node placement and condition to be made clear for the back office and VA’s.
