New Success and Impact Tab

Anticipated Release Date: June 2022

  • The purpose of this document is to make it easier for facility users to share key wins, whether that is measured by cost reduction or by avoided downtime. These quantifiable metrics can be used as tangible success stories for Augury, as well as shared with corporate users to demonstrate a facility user’s success.

Addressing Alerts for SE

Anticipated Release Date: June 2022

  • New CTA prompts users to take action when they receive alerts.

  • Purpose: Increase engagement with the platform.

  • Once actions are logged, it will be shown in the events sidebar.

Event Transparency - Reducing Installation Friction

Anticipated Release Date: June 2022

  • Users can see when installation is done (all EPs have been mapped to the machine and all Nodes are linked to the machine) and the serviceability is verified (each EP has successfully sent a data packet to the cloud). This can be seen both on a machine level and on a job level in the application.

Node Pictures

Anticipated Release Date: June 2022

  • We have now added the ability to add pictures for the node. This feature allows for the node placement and condition to be made clear for the back office and VA’s.

Offline Survey

Anticipated Release Date: June 2022

We can now complete the entire site survey using the Halo App, without depending on network, or any external tools. Here is a video of the offline survey.

While offline, users can:

  • survey machines

  • add node locations

  • see job progress

  • track the status of their media files being uploaded to the cloud from the notification center
