Enhancements to the Addressed Alert Flow - Part One
Anticipated Release Date: February 2022
This update to the addressed alert flow is the first of three releases aimed at enhancing how users engage with Augury’s platform and record information.
What is the Addressed Alert Flow?
The addressed alert flow is how users respond to alerts issued by Augury’s system when an asset’s MHI is changed to Alarm/Danger
What is new?
UX improvements to streamline unaddressed alerts and highlight where user engagement is required. This includes the following:
Minimized machine timeline to focus users on faults detected and threads
Clear and prominent call to action - ‘Respond to Alert’ button
Alert status indicator demonstrating whether an alert has been addressed or not
Users addressing the most recent alert on a machine page will automatically address any open alerts for that same machine
Clickable list of machine faults added to the alert card
New + button for users to add general machine events unrelated to a specific alert
