MH SE Detection Wizard

Enabling users to review detections anonymously

Anticipated Release Date: March 2022

  • The MH SE detection wizard places the power of Augury’s AI into the hands of MRO teams by enabling users to review detections autonomously

What is new?

  • The MH SE detection wizard guides users and highlights the most relevant data to determine a diagnosis and plan next steps effectively

The MH SE Detection Wizard includes:

  • 4 easy to answer questions related to AI Health Trends, Vibration Data, Historical Patterns, and Potential Operational Changes

  • Key data and relevant information will be auto-highlighted to surface key information

In-App Content Translations

Anticipated Release Date: March 2022

  • This update enables real-time translations between global teams and Augury’s customers success and reliability experts

  • This update is part of Augury’s commitment to deliver global support to our customers to optimize outcomes and ensure adoption

What is new?

  • Augury’s threads now support real-time translations so users can communicate with each other and Augury’s team in their preferred language

  • Users can select their translation language by going to the ‘Language’ tab under ‘User Settings’

Endpoint Sleeves in Corrosive Environments

Anticipated Release Date: March 2022

  • Different manufacturing environments and conditions impact Augury’s hardware in various ways. To deliver customers with robust Machine Health programs, we are enhancing our hardware and installation process to ensure durability across diverse operating environments.

What is new?

  • Certain cleaning and maintenance practices often involve chemicals and water pressure that expose our endpoints to corrosion damage.

  • To tackle this issue, we now install EPs within these types of environments with protective sleeves to reduce exposure against corrosive elements.

Addressed Alert Flow Enhancements

Anticipated Release Date: March / April 2022

  • Updates to the Addressed Alert Flow are aimed at reducing UX friction, greater documentation, and stronger user adoption across facilities.

What is new?

  • New terminology throughout the platform based on customer feedback

  • Clarified response dialog with new CTAs and descriptions

  • Unified repair log with statuses for completed repairs, future (planned repairs), and in progress repairs

  • Emphasized alert status clearly demonstrating when an alert is pending and closed out

  • New documentation fields including an optional field for work order details

Updates to the Adoption and Behavior Section in the Overview Page

Anticipated Release Date: March 2022

  • We have updated the key metrics within the Adoption and Behavior section on the Overview Page to provide manufacturing leaders with the most recent and relevant engagement trends within their organization

What is new?

  • Changed time frame to showcase alerts and engagement trends within the current calendar month

  • Four new metrics included in the section:

  • Response Rate (RR): The rate of alerts responded to within the last 7 days out of all alarm/danger alerts sent throughout the current month

  • Responded Alerts: Number of all alertes that got responded throughout the current month

  • Time to Response: Average number of days from alert to response for all responded alerts within the current month

  • Active Users: Number of users that respond to alerts and add observations and repairs under this hierarchy
