We have updated the key metrics within the Adoption and Behavior section on the Overview Page to provide manufacturing leaders with the most recent and relevant engagement trends within their organization

Changed time frame to showcase alerts and engagement trends within the current calendar month

Four new metrics included in the section:

Response Rate (RR): The rate of alerts responded to within the last 7 days out of all alarm/danger alerts sent throughout the current month

Responded Alerts: Number of all alertes that got responded throughout the current month

Time to Response: Average number of days from alert to response for all responded alerts within the current month

Active Users: Number of users that respond to alerts and add observations and repairs under this hierarchy
