Overview
Augury uses a Machine Health Index (MHI) consisting of 4 statuses, to help you understand the severity and repair priority of machine faults based on the data we see.
View alerts
The first place you will see the Machine Health status is on Augury’s Home page.
What do the alert colors mean?
Access MHI (Machine Health Index)
You can view and access the Machine Health status from different places on the Augury Home page.
By hovering over the status pie.
By Clicking on “See all machines.”
By clicking on “Respond to alerts.”
View Statuses.
Clicking the “See all machines” link (1) will take you to the “Machine to Notice” tab >> “All Machines” (2), Where you will find the list of all the machines and their statuses (3).
Note that clicking “Pending Response” will also take you to all machines with alerts that require your attention (4).
Clicking a machine’s name will present the machine details and the alert details.
Note that the alerts example below;
The Orange alert (5)indicates that a repair is required.
The Red alert (6) indicates a high risk of failure that should be evaluated immediately.
The recommended repair will be displayed on the right-hand side (7). Once completed, mark it as Completed.
