We improved your customer support experience to provide you with the best support experience. You can now easily access the “Chat” with an agent, Open a new ticket, or access self-service documentation from one place.

This indication reminds users to complete the digital flow after remounting EPs to their position on the machine’s bearing, ensuring accurate IoT status indications and reducing irrelevant alerts.

Now, you can update EP notes and customize the bearing name using the mobile app.

This update enables you to report battery replacement and resolve battery alerts.

You can now “close the loop” on “Low/Drained Battery” alerts after completing the battery replacement action on-site.
