Augury’s AI can now diagnose machines that change speed/loads frequently.
This works by extracting and analyzing the “steady-state” portions of the vibration signal.
How does this improve diagnostics?
Reduces false alarms on these machines with no impact on misses.
When alerts are triggered, they are more likely to be accurate and not false positives.Sessions where the machine displays speed changes, will be labeled for better visibility and analysis, enabling better visibility.
