Reporting Using Auguscope

Components of an Augury Machine Health Report

A report from Augury is divided into three major sections.

Legend
The first section is the legend. It is the instructions for how to interpret the report. It describes the color coding of machine health statuses and what they mean.

Overview

The second section is the overview. It is basically the building page indicating all of the machines in that building and their health status.

Machine Breakdown
The last section is the bulk of the report. This is the machine breakdown. For each machine, it will provide a photo of the machine, the user who took the recordings, the time of the recordings, an overview of the machine health and what suggested actions to take, and finally, any observations, repairs, or historical data of the machines health.

Reporting in the Mobile App

When you are on site and done recording for a building for the day, you should click sessions at the bottom toolbar of the app. Then end the activity. This will push the data to be analyzed by Augury. You'll have the option to click ‘generate report’. This will trigger a report to be sent to your email after the full diagnostics are complete.

Reporting the the Web App

You can also create reports for the building level of hierarchy within the web dashboard.

When on a building, click the three dots in the upper right corner and click ‘generate report’. This is where you can modify the settings of the report. You can choose which machine statuses to include in the report, how they are sorted, the language, the date range, and the repairs and observations.

Once you have your selected settings, you can click open in browser to get a preview of the report or generate a PDF to send through your email.
