You can log repairs in the mobile app or in the web application.

To add a repair on the web dashboard go to the machine level within the platform and find your particular machine. When you hover over Add Observation Repair, click Repair. You can choose from the dropdown list a common repair or enter in your own repair. You can enter in the component, the cost and the description of the repair. You can modify the date, time or add a file or image to the repair record. When complete, click done. That's how you add a repair within the web application.

As a final step to adding a repair, it is a best practice to document your repair in the Auguscope app on the machine. Then go right into a new readings with the Auguscope. Taking a reading after completing a repair will enable Augury to validate the success of the repair.

Note: It's a simple process to add repairs in the Augescope app, but keep in mind repairs are included on the reports that are generated as part of our diagnostics so be aware of what information you input into your repair and who the audience might be that sees it.
