An Introduction to the Auguscope Mobile Application

The Auguscope works in conjunction with the Auguscope app on your device.

The app is available for both IOS and Android devices and can be downloaded via Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. Download the Auguscope app for your smart device that you will use to take Auguscope recordings. You can find it by searching the word “Auguscope” in either store or by clicking on the links below:

Once downloaded, use the same username or password for the Auguscope app as you use for the Augury web application.

If you don't have a username or password, you'll need to contact your Account Administrator or Augury’s customer support in one of the following ways.

Navigating the Basics of the Auguscope App

There are four tabs:

  1. Home - details of the person logged in

  2. Buildings - list of the registered buildings.

    1. You can add a building.

    2. Tap a building to see a list of machines.

    3. On the machines page, you can add a machine, see the last diagnosis and repairs, add new repairs, and make new recordings.

  3. Inbox - not in use

  4. My Visits - Here, you can track the status of all the machines you recorded during this visit and all previous visits and generate a report of the day’s analyses.

Other actions

Tap the menu (at the top left of the app) for the following support functions:

Chat

This opens the Augury messenger app, where you can send us a message or search for help articles.

Email Us

Send an email within the app to contact support.

Call

The number appears in your phone app so you can quickly phone us.

Report an Issue

If you have a problem, provide a description, how to reproduce it, etc. The app records everything you did in the last minute, so it’s ready to send to Augury.

More - Recover data

Recover data: If the data is not uploaded to the cloud tap “Recover Data” and then tap “RECOVER”. Note that the recovery process takes time to complete.

Common Questions

How do I confirm that my Auguscope app is up to date?

Open the IOS App Store or Google Play and search Auguscope. Click on the app in the store. If your Auguscope app is outdated, you can update it from your app store's device page.

How to log out of the Auguscope app?

Note that logging out of the application deletes the pending Auguscope recordings. Please ensure that all data is uploaded to the platform.

To log out, open the main menu and choose the “Logout” option.

This process is relevant for both Apple and Android devices below:

Tap on "More" at the bottom right of the screen

Tap on Logout
