The Halo AI Assistant

Updated over 4 months ago

Introduction

Halo AI makes Machine Health even more accessible by answering questions about a machine that may not be covered in fault cards, allowing users to make better-informed decisions.

Halo AI is available on the Machine Health page.

You can ask questions or use the provided suggestions to generate:

  • Historic details about the machine

  • Machine faults

  • Maintenance recommendations

NOTE:

For this first release, you cannot conduct a conversation with the Halo AI assistant. For each question you’ll receive an answer, but the next question won't take into account the previous one.

Also it can’t currently provide:

  • A comparison of different machines

  • Access to IoT data

  • Aggregated historical data, it can only present the details.

Look out for future releases where we add more functionality.

Asking Halo AI questions

Halo AI currently works on one machine. You cannot compare machines, though this will be available in a future release.

  1. Go to the Machine Page and select a machine.

  2. Below the Machine Health timeline, you’ll see Ask Halo AI.

  3. You can either ask a question specific to this machine or use one of our suggestions.

  4. The detailed answer appears below the input field. Note that when you ask another question, the previous answer is overwritten by the new one. So copy it before asking a new question.

NOTE: AI can make mistakes. Check the content before using.
