Mounting a Peplink router inside the router enclosure box (all approved permutations)
Mounting and setup of the PoE injector for the Peplink AP One Flex
Before you Begin
Ensure that the router you’re planning to mount in the enclosure box is preconfigured in accordance with Augury best practices.
Gather all the tools and materials you’ll need for mounting.
Determine the location of the router based on the site geography and specific needs.

Note: Some of the tools and consumable materials are considered standard installation parts.
You’ll determine whether you need/have these parts during the installation planning phase, while other parts will be in the field tech KIT.
Enclosure Box (AC00053) for Non-US: Mounting a Peplink Router HW 1/2/3

Remove the SN stickers from the router wrap. Attach one sticker onto the router enclosure box and the second onto the router itself as illustrated. | Open the enclosure box and reveal the tacky side of both double-sided tape pieces. | Lift the GPS antenna out of the router box and press and hold it against the exposed double-sided tape for 10 seconds. |

Setting up the Peplink POE ACW-109 with AC00053

Remove the PoE injector from the Kit, apply double-sided tape on the bottom, and mount it to the top of the router with the “Data In” and PoE power connectors positioned on the left of the box. | Remove the PoE power supply from the Kit, apply 2 layers of double-sided tape on the bottom, and peel and mount the power supply to the outer part of the internal door panel with the PoE injector power cable facing up. |

Plug one end of the ethernet cable into the “LAN/WAN/PoE IN” router port.
Plug the other end of the ethernet cable another side to the PoE port on the PoE Injector.
Plug the PoE injector power cable into the PoE Injector “DC” port.

Gently and slowly close the enclosure box door and lock the 2 latches by pushing them toward the box.
Validation!
Ensure that none of the cables are being pinched by the doors and that none of the parts are in danger of being damaged in any way. |

Remove the PoE injector from the ACW 109 PoE Kit, apply double-sided tape on the bottom and onto the router with the “Data In” and PoE power connectors facing upwards | Remove the PoE power supply from the Kit, apply 2 layers of double-sided tape on the bottom, and mount to the outer part of the internal door panel with the PoE injector power cable facing down. |

Connect both the router and PoE injector to the AC power splitter and to the box’s internal power socket. |

Mounting A Router Enclosure Box

Connecting and mounting the AP One Flex

Validation! To verify that everything was connected properly, and that the AP is operating, follow the LED indicators on the rear panel. Determine if the AP is in accordance based on the data illustrated below.
Mounting the AP Rugged inside the AC00053/15 Enclosure (*Generic)

Validation!
To verify that everything was connected properly, and that the AP is operating, follow the LED indicators on the front panel. Determine if the AP is in accordance based on the data illustrated below.
