Site Network Credentials | D: XXXXYYYY Passwored:1****** |
Instructions
Ensure you receive the latest version of the Halo Network requirements (PB00012) document.
Confirm that you understand and follow the network requirements.
All migration-related interaction with Augury should be done via a dedicated support case; make sure you are familiar with the case number, and if not, please contact your CSM/PM or reach out to our support team directly. See how here.
Check with your local IT (site & corporate) if they need to Whitelist the device's MAC addresses into the local network firewall.
- If required, ask the Augury team to provide you with the list of devices' MAC addresses.
Provide your Augury contact with the ETA for network infrastructure readiness.
Once the network is established and working, use the Halo Network validator tool, embedded within the Android Halo installation app to test if the network meets Augury requirements
Share the results with your local IT and Augury contact.
To learn more about the Halo Network validator tool, see a short online training.
We recommend using a test node and setting it up to work with the new network according to the Augury Halo NODE v2.0 Installation guide (WI00029) using the Halo installation app.
This will conclude the network testing phase and ensure the nodes connect successfully to the site network.Confirm that the new network has sufficient coverage for all existing node locations using the network validator and the test node.
Once confirmed, contact Augury:
Communicate the results.
Provide the site network details (SSID and password)
Augury will start the network migration process remotely and will follow up with you under the support case as needed.
Good Luck!
