MH SE is a Decision Support Tool and fully autonomous.
Users receive AI alerts that indicate a machine’s status has changed and users can access a step-by-step detection wizard for guidance on how to review AI alerts and plan effective maintenance actions.

How it Works
1. Select the ‘Review findings using our wizard’ option to leverage The MH SE Wizard
2a. The first question asks you to examine the AI Health Trends graph and select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ based on the data
2b. The MH SE Wizard will automatically highlight the AI Health Trend on the Machine Health page
3a. The next question will ask you to examine the highlighted vibration data and determine whether levels have returned to normal
3b. The MH SE Wizard will automatically highlight the relevant vibration data underneath the ‘Live Data’ section
4a. The next question will ask you to check the past behavior patterns
4b. To check past behavior patterns, adjust the timeline to reflect the previous year
5a. Next, you will be asked to correlate data with operational changes
5b. The MH SE Wizard will automatically highlight the relevant temperature, motor speed, and operational data
6. When all the questions have been answered, select the next button to receive recommendations for effective maintenance action and the next steps.
