To enable you and your team greater prioritization capabilities, Augury’s team has added a star ☆ feature. The Star ☆ feature functions differently for machines monitored by MH CR and MH SE.

When you “Star” machines in Augury’s Machine Health platform, you mark them as important. This helps you and your team remember to look at them later.

The star feature enhances planning capabilities and users leverage it in various ways. This includes:

Highlighting machines to be discussed in more detail with your Augury RSM or CSM

Elevating highly critical machines or assets that require special attention

Designating machines that require maintenance activity or further investigation

The Augury Team continues to add capabilities to your Machine Health platform to provide greater visibility into IoT status updates

In addition to generating on-demand and automated IoT Hardware Update Reports, users will now see IoT alerts and updates indicated through yellow wifi icons on the Building Breakdown Dashboard and Machine Pages

The exact issue for each alert can be accessed via the icon’s tooltip. This includes issues related to endpoints and nodes.
