Enhanced IoT Health summary report
The new IoT Health summary report includes a detailed and organized overview of each device, including its status, pending required actions, troubleshooting information, etc. It’s ordered by severity of status.
You can download this from the IoT health page on the platform (and also from the status email), from the “Export” button. The report is a useful tool for reviewing and planning IoT maintenance works, and for printing and taking it to the field to track performed tasks.
It includes data that enable users to:
Locate and identify devices.
Understand devices status and all issues affecting it, plus the required actions.
Understand what devices or networks the device is connected to.
Enhanced weekly IoT Health status update
The content of the weekly IoT status update has been enhanced. The email shows the number of devices that need attention, not just in those reported the previous week. It includes new valuable links to review the data on the Augury platform, and to the Support Request Form if Support assistance is needed. Attached to the email is the IoT health summary report in CSV format.
Feature threshold enhanced
Setting a threshold value enables you to be informed when the threshold has been crossed. You can now set a threshold at the bearing level.
In addition to setting the threshold value, you can also determine how many times this should happen before being alerted. This removes noise from 1-off events, and provides alerts that are more relevant.
The Set threshold dialog now has its own pane displayed on the right side. Click Add threshold on the machine page to display it.
When the threshold is crossed, this triggers an email that is sent to all users subscribed to the machine.
