To get started follow the three steps outlined in this article; introduce yourself, find some answers, and start a conversation. You'll be awarded points and badges as you complete each of these steps. See more about gamification in the community here.
Step 1: Introduce Yourself
Make your profile as stylish as you are
We want to get to know you! Get started by adding a photo to your profile. This will help other community users identify you in conversations. If you don't add a photo, one will be created for you.

Comment on the "Introduce Yourself" Conversation Thread
Go to the "introduce yourself" conversation thread in the Get to Know My Community category and answer the questions in the post using a comment.
Step 2: Finding Answers
One of The Endpoint's primary goals is to create a space where users can help each other find answers to questions and troubleshoot without relying on customer support.
Use the popular tags feature on the home page and discuss page sidebars to browse popular topics throughout community conversations.
Browse or search the knowledge base for Augury support documentation. Access and peruse the product updates and sign up for training courses on The Academy.
To be notified of discussions that happen in the community you need to follow the categories you're interested in. Follow the instructions on how to follow categories here.

Get started by liking a post that helps you answer a question!
Step 3: Start a conversation
Contribute to the depth of resources by going to 'All Discussions' page under 'Discuss' in the top-level navigation. There you will find the categories of conversations in the community. Click on one to see all the discussions happening there and create a post of your own. If you aren't sure where your question/discussion fits, feel free to suggest new categories here.
