Add a link in my post

There are two ways to include a link in your post:

  1. As a hyperlink embedded in your text
  2. Simply paste it in, there are 3 ways to display it.

Embed a hyperlink in your post text

To embed a hyperlink in the text of your post simply type your text, highlight it, and click the link icon in the tool menu (see below).

Paste the URL into the URL field that appears after clicking the link icon.

The hyperlinked text will turn blue and is now a functional hyperlink!

Embed links in your post

In addition to hyperlinks, you can also simply paste links directly into your post. There are three ways these links can display.

  • A plain URL

https://www.vulture.com/2015/01/why-everything-is-awesome-deserves-an-oscar.html

  • A button with a title and a favicon

https://www.vulture.com/2015/01/why-everything-is-awesome-deserves-an-oscar.html

  • A rich embed of the content. This may be a box with site information, an image, or a video depending on what you're linking to.
