For machines that are monitored with the Auguscope, you will focus your efforts on the company breakdown tab. Organizations can have multiple levels of hierarchy within our web platform. This varies per organization. You might see regions, branches, facilities, and buildings, or you might see buildings and machines within those buildings. You can use the link labels on the left side menu to navigate between the appropriate hierarchies. When you reach the building level, you will see the machines being monitored in that building.
You can see the machines that are being monitored with the Auguscope indicated by the scope icon to the left. Everything in our dashboard is color coded according to it’s health status.
Note: Each machine will have an icon in the app indicating how it’s monitored, whether by Auguscope or the Halo system (critical equipment or supporting equipment).
Acceptable [Green] indicates all looks good.
Monitor [Light Green] is a machine you need to watch.
Alarm [Orange] indicates there is a need to schedule a repair.
Danger [Red] indicates the machine needs to be fixed in the near future.
If you click on a machine, you can see its information and latest recordings. On the right, there is a log of its historical health. You can also view the analyst platform to see the raw data that led to the machine's diagnostic status.
At the top, you can always navigate back to one of the hierarchical levels within the platform.
