It’s Working - Now What?
So you’ve rolled out the solution, and the team is loving it. For our customers, that means unplanned downtime is disappearing, work is more predictable, the team is feeling more in control of the plant (and their time), and you haven’t had to come in on a Saturday night for a month now… but what happens next?
That question is important because most technologies have layers of value they can deliver if you think about them more broadly. Scale can come both horizontally (take the solution to more plants or business units) or vertically (layer new kinds of value or new capabilities on top of what you’re already doing). Both are valuable but both benefit from having a plan ahead of time.
Communicate the success: if you’re feeling good about the results you’re seeing from the solution, make sure everyone knows. Communicate the impact within the team but also to adjacent teams, and do it in their language. Finance will care about impact on costs or gross margin; supply chain might watch for more predictability in production volumes and output.
