We understand that adding savings to a repair can be burdensome, so our AI estimated savings feature helps you out.
If Halo Ai saw that a machine was successfully repaired and its health improved, it auto-generates the estimated savings based on similar repairs on comparable assets in your company. The AI estimates are clearly labeled and users can accept, edit, or delete them, leaving you in full control.
The AI estimate can cover multiple saving categories- downtime hours/costs avoided, and if available, labor costs, parts costs, loss of sales, and more.

Filter for machines with AI estimates in the pending details section.
On the list itself.
On the successful repair card in the relevant machine page event thread.
Click Review estimate (or similar) to display the Edit savings screen
Edit the estimated savings or add new saving categories to enrich the impact data. The machine and repair details on the right provide relevant context about the event.
If necessary, edit the number of downtime hours you saved as well as the costs saved.
Click Add savings to add more details, such as saved labor costs.
Click Save to log the savings.
