The Endpoint - Augury’s help center
The Endpoint is your one-stop shop for product documentation and the Augury Academy.
The help center provides written documentation on how to successfully use Augury.
The Academy contains over 200 hours of technical and on-demand training to help you understand the Augury system and level up your skills. You'll be sent a link to register to the academy.
Use the Search option in the Endpoint to quickly find the information you're looking for.
The help center is divided into "collections," each one dedicated to making you an expert in that subject.
Access The Endpoint from the Augury web console
Click ? o the top bar to open the Help and Support widget. You can search and access the Endpoint content.
Use the search bar to access all the help center articles directly from the widget.
Click Latest product releases to open the What's New collection of monthly release notes in another tab.
Links to the Help Center and Academy are at the bottom of the widget.
Access The Endpoint from the Augury mobile app
Tap the 3-line menu at the top right of the screen and then tap Help and Support to open the Help and Support pane. You can search and access the Endpoint content.
Use the search bar to access all the help center articles directly from the widget.
Start typing and the articles that fit your search string are listed. Tap an article to see it in the widget.
Tap View article to view the article in the help center. This opens in the browser.
Tap Latest product releases to open the What's New collection of monthly release notes in the browser.
