How to move around the help center

Use the search bar

"Search is your friend"

Not Google search but search within the help center.

At the top of every page - contents and articles - there is a search bar.

Use it to locate articles. The search scans both the title and the text of articles, so search for a word or phrase you think will be in the article. This is the most efficient way to find what you need.

Look at the Content pages

We tried to create the help center logically, taking into account what you do when. But your associative brain might work differently. If so, use the Search bar.

The help center's main collections are based on the overall tasks you want to accomplish:

  • Getting started

    • Welcome - understand what Augury does

    • Onboarding - Get you up to speed

    • Understanding the machine health platform - an overview of the interfaces

    • Customize your user settings - notifications password, localization, and more

  • Installing devices -grouped by the type of device and the variations you can install.

  • Monitoring and handling machine and IoT health - monitor machines and devices and respond on the Augury platform.

  • Maintaining and replacing IoT devices - grouped by the type of device

  • Operational Insights - see how your plant floors are performing

  • Account management - company structure and user management

  • Deep dive - more advanced articles
