Users with administrator access can add and edit users' permissions on the Augury platform.
You can add users and give them accurate “View” or “Edit” permissions to different hierarchies, such as Regions, Facilities, etc.
To view, edit, and add users, go to the “Account Management” section >> “Users.”
From the “Users” page (1), you can edit the details and permissions of existing users (2) and add new users (3) to the Augury platform.
Add a user
From the left side menu >> go to “+Add user”
Enter the user's “Personal Information” (first/ last name, email, and more)
Select the “User role” (5). For more details on the available user roles, read the last section, "User roles".
Selecting the user role will open the available permissions for this role.
Select the “Type” of view this user can see (6): the entire company, Regions, Branches, etc.
Once you have selected the type, you will need to choose the “Scope”(7) from the list based on the type you selected for this user.
Choose the “Access Level” to what degree you want this user to engage with the data - View” or “Edit” (8) for the Type and Scope selected.
When the parameters are selected, you can save this option or add additional access parameters, such as “View” permission,” to a remote side.
To add permission, click the “+Add set” button (9).
Add as many sets as needed, and “Save” when done.
The information will now be available for this user in the Platform selector.
