The Success & Impact Page

Introduction

The Success & Impact page has two tabs: “Machine Improvements” and “Bookmarks.”

It displays information that quantifies successful repairs as saved money and saved working hours.

This article describes the Success & Impact page, the information it provides, and the insights it can offer.

Machine improvements tab

The Improvements tab (1) aggregates the information received from the savings reported via bookmarks or fixes.

It shows you and the organizations the savings and downtime hours avoided due to the correct use of Augury technology.

  • At the top section, you can see the general information pie (2)

  • In ”Costs Avoided” (3), these are quantified improvements that complete the missing values for the machine improvement events.

  • “Downtime Hours Avoided” (4) displays the total working hours saved due to the smart response to the Machine Health alerts.

  • “Missing Impact Information” (5) displays Machine Health improvements (fixes/maintenance actions made) to which no impact was added.Adding an impact is highly important for tracking and impacting the savings within your organization. This is how you can prove and show the savings you make by handling an issue before it causes a malfunction and downtime costs.

  • To add impact data, go to “Add impact” (6)

  • In the "Add Impact Information" (7), Enter the hours saved. Note that if your admin configured the “Hourly cost” for this facility, the amount configured will appear in the “Costs avoided” field and the total cost will be filled in automatically once you fill in the number of hours.

  • Click the “Done” button.

The information will be updated under the” Costs Avoided” & “Downtime Hours Avoided” areas.

Bookmark

Under the “Bookmarks” tab, Augury bookmarks events, like Alarm/ Danger alerts that were successfully handledץ.

Bookmarks can be listed automatically when machines change from danger/alarm to acceptable/monitor after a successful repair or manually from the event card.

It is highly important and recommended to add an impact to a bookmark.

Adding an Impact

  • From the “Bookmarks” (1) tab, go to the three dots menu and click “Edit” (2).

  • In the “Edit Bookmark” window (3), enter the impact information. The more information you enter, the more insights you, your company, and Augury can take and implement to your future Machine Health.

  • Select the “Bookmark Type” (4); note that multiple types can be selected.

  • In the “Impact information” section(5), enter the “Downtime hours avoided,” “Costs avoided,” and any other information that can assist in understanding the impact.

  • Click Done.

  • Note that impact information can also be entered from the “Add impact” section under the “Machine improvements” tab.

How to add hourly cost

To add hourly costs - From a Building level, go to Sucess & impact page >> “Machine improvements” tab (1) >> “Edit hourly cost” (2) enter the “Building's Hourly Cost” (3) and click “Save.”

Once you set up the hourly cost, the “Costs Avoided” field - when adding Impact information, will be automatically populated when you fill in the “Downtime hours avoided.”
