An Introduction to the Process Navigator

In addition to monitoring machine health, Augury also monitors process health. We monitor your machines, analyze the data, and provide real time recommendations on how to optimize line performance. Examples of production objectives are to reduce waste, increase yield, increase quality, and more.

Our AI algorithms create a predictive model of your processes and how changes in one or more of your set points affect your objectives. We then use this model to predict your outcome in real-time.

 The Process Navigator is an easy-to-use system that enables operators to make those performance decisions as the need occurs. They see recommendations and predicted outcomes if the recommendations are followed. They then decide whether to take the recommended action.
