Endpoints how we keep them secure.

We have a couple of areas in the plant, that if the endpoint came loose and fell off, it could get into our product or hit someone walking under then. We are using a stainless steel cable and aluminum sleeves to secure our endpoints. We have found that using the cable, if the endpoint dose come off the cable will catch it. Since it is stainless steel it will not rust.

How are you securing your endpoints?

  • Thanks Roy - Great to see! This is our recommended method of attachment because it allows the user to unscrew the endpoint to remove or replace if necessary, leaving the mount in place.

  • Excellent recommendation! The last thing anyone wants is for an endpoint sensor to create the very safety, waste, damage or downtime issues they are there to prevent!
