When you're considering purchasing new industrial manufacturing technology, do you leverage review sites to help you in your decision making (review sites may include G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius)?

If so, which site or sites do you depend on?

    At GAF, we used our relationship with Rockwell Automation for intros with PTC as well as our previous work with Gartner. We also had an EVP Innovation at our parent company Standard Industries that lead us to various partners (Augury being one). So, much of what we did was internal boots on the ground, relationship building and decision making based upon defined business objectives as opposed to use cases.
